Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, everyone is welcome at SunRide! It doesn’t matter whether you are young or old, fit or unfit, having a good day or bad – this collaborative ride will bring the best out of you and change the course of your day!

You can wear whatever you want that is suitable for sports. We prefer to wear tights or shorts with a sports bra or t-shirt. On each bike you will find a workout towel as well, so no need to bring your own.

We advise you to come 15 minutes in advance to check-in and collect your cycling shoes, store your belongings in a locker and set up your bike.

No, we have cycling shoes for you at the studio! 

Yes, you can pay monthly installments for your 4 or 12-month subscription.

You can book a ride by clicking on the “Book a ride” button on our website or directly through the Momence app. 

SunRide is a full-body indoor cycling workout. We ride to the beat of the music and incorporate upper-body exercises into our workout.
